Welcome

By creating a Hey Mamma! account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be 16 or older to use Hey Mamma!.

Subscriptions & billing

• Free plan is free forever, with limited Mamma AI messages and features.
• Premium and Family plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Profile → Subscription; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case — email hello@heymamma.ai.

Not medical advice

Hey Mamma! is a pregnancy companion and journaling app. Mamma is an AI assistant. Neither Hey Mamma! nor Mamma is a doctor, nurse, midwife, or any kind of licensed healthcare professional.

Nothing in this app — including Mamma's responses, weekly development updates, check-in tips, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use Hey Mamma! as a substitute for professional medical care.

Always consult your licensed healthcare provider (OB-GYN, midwife, or doctor) for:

• Any symptoms that concern you, including bleeding, pain, reduced fetal movement, fever, or swelling
• Decisions about medications, supplements, or treatments during pregnancy
• Mental health concerns including postpartum depression or anxiety
• Any medical emergency — call 911 or your local emergency number immediately

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the Postpartum Support International helpline at 1-800-944-4773 or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line).

Your content

You own everything you put into Hey Mamma! — journal entries, photos, baby names, birth plan. You give us permission only to store and display it back to you (and to your partner if you've enabled sharing). We will never sell or publish your content.

Acceptable use

Hey Mamma! is for personal pregnancy and postpartum journaling. By using Hey Mamma! you agree not to:

• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent our security measures
• Use Mamma AI to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Share false medical information or impersonate a healthcare professional
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or share account access
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

Hey Mamma! is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@heymamma.ai. We may close accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app.
